Order Processing
All orders are processed at our UK-based fulfilment centre. Once your order is confirmed, it will be picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Service & Courier
We use DPD as our primary courier partner for UK deliveries, known for their reliable and trackable service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and most parcels arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
In most cases, we charge a flat-rate fee of £9 as our shipping charge, however, these are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total size and weight of your order. The total cost will be displayed before payment is taken. Charges vary depending on:
- Your geographical location
- Parcel weight and dimensions
- Delivery speed (if options are offered)
Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK. If your location does not appear in our shipping address drop-down menu at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you directly.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking number. You can follow your delivery status via the DPD website or app using this number.
Delivery Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues, stock availability). If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.
