At Best Value Security, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide a straightforward and fair returns process for all buyers. This policy applies to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) customers. Where applicable, consumer rights under UK law will take precedence.

Returns Window
Consumer (B2C) Purchases: You have the right to return most unused, unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Business (B2B) Purchases: Returns are accepted at our discretion within 14 days. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty or damaged, contact our Technical Support Team within 30 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement.
- Do not return items without an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.
- Request an RMA via our Product Returns Form.
- Faulty products within warranty are eligible for credit, refund, or replacement.
Non-Faulty Returns (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product:
- Return within 30 days (consumers only).
- Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty products (in warranty): We cover return shipping.
- Other returns: Customer covers return shipping.
- Use a tracked and insured courier. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
Warranty Assessment
Returned products will be assessed for:
- Fault confirmation
- Warranty validity
- Signs of misuse or damage
If no fault is found, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacements are dispatched after inspection and confirmation of fault.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.
